Stop Croydon's Congestion

Stop Croydon Council Dumping Their Congestion on Crystal Palace and Anerley.

Labour-run Croydon Council recently took the decision to introduce new on restrictions on a number of roads which border the Borough of Bromley. These roads include Sylvan Hill, Stambourne Way, Fox Hill, Lancaster Road, Woodvale Avenue and Albert Road/ Eldon Road.

Croydon Council have reduced access to these roads meaning more congestion coming into Crystal Palace and Anerley. It is feared that this will also add much more congestion to the triangle. One Labour councillor in Croydon has warned these changes will “decimate” the triangle. This means more congestion and more pollution in Crystal Palace, Penge and Anerley.

With two local schools in the area the real impact may not be felt until Schools return in September.

We are supporting residents and campaigning to get Croydon Council to reverse this decision, you can see our latest updates below.
